Gratis Police

Street Dept.

The Gratis Police Department proudly serves the citizens of the Village of Gratis, focusing on community policing, helping and protecting our citizens, businesses, and visitors.

If you receive a red tag designating that you are in danger of water shut off due to non-payment of your water bill, you MUST come to the Village office to pay.  Paying online or at the bank does not ensure that your payment will make it to us in time to deter your shut off.

WE STILL HAVE BICENNTENIAL MEMORABILIA TO SELL.  PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE FOR LIST OF ITEMS AND PRICES.

TIP:  Get a water shut off installed inside your house.  Should a water emergency occur you will have easy access to shut it off.  Also, because of the frigid temperatures, if your pipes freeze, please call a plumber.

The Gratis Water Department provides water and sewer services to the Village of Gratis
